PARTICIPATION TERMS & RESERVATION INFORMATION
- This campaign is valid only for passengers flying directly to Sarajevo with Pegasus Airlines.
- Flight dates: February 9, 2026 – March 15, 2026
- This campaign is valid for tickets purchased through the Pegasus website (www.flypgs.com) and app.
- Only Pegasus BolBol members who purchase tickets and fly within the date range specified above can benefit from this campaign.
- The packages included in the campaign are limited to the dates specified above.
- If you are not a Pegasus BolBol member, you can become a member for free immediately.
- Participants must provide their Pegasus flight PNR number or flight ticket during the reservation process.
- This information can be provided via email or WhatsApp to Devim Tours, as specified in the “Reservation Channels” section below.
- Each Pegasus BolBol member participating in the campaign can only benefit from it once.

Note: The single room accommodation fee is 50% of the prices mentioned above. Participation in the campaign is limited to 50 people, early booking is recommended.

CANCELLATION & REFUND CONDITIONS
- 100% refund is available for hotel reservation cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
- A 50% discount will be applied for cancellations made less than 7 days prior.
- No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the flight.
TRANSFER DETAILS
Sarajevo International Airport – Hotel (Hotel Hollywood 4*) Transfer:
- You will be met by Devim Tours staff in the arrivals hall of Sarajevo International Airport.
- Transfers are made with VIP or minibus vehicles. Ski Resort Transfer:
- Departure from in front of Hotel Hollywood every morning at 10:00 AM
- Return: 4:30 PM – Transfer from Jahorina and Bjelašnica to the hotel
- It is important to be at the vehicle on time due to winter conditions.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• All services included in the package are the responsibility of Devim Tours.
• Pegasus Airlines only provides the flight service; it is not responsible for other services. • Everyone participating in the campaign is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in advance. • The campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns, discount codes, and promotions.
• The campaign can only be used once.
• The campaign is only valid for direct flights.
• The campaign is only valid for flights where Pegasus is the carrier. Flights operated jointly with other airlines are excluded from the campaign.
• Pegasus General Terms and Conditions apply to matters not specified here.
• Pegasus reserves the right to unilaterally change the Campaign rules and/or cancel the Campaign during the Campaign period. The Campaign terms do not create any rights regarding transactions not completed before the change. In such a case, no claim of acquired rights can be made. Pegasus has no responsibility in this regard.
